Do I need an appointment?
+We take both walk-ins and appointments. Call your stylist directly to book.
How long does an appointment take?
+Cuts are 30-45 minutes. Color services can take 1-2 hours.
What should I bring?
+Just yourself. If you have a photo of what you want, bring that too — it's the fastest way to get on the same page.
What if I'm not happy with my cut?
+Tell us before you leave the chair. We'll fix it right there. We'd rather spend an extra 5 minutes than have you walk out unhappy.
