Alex opened Copper Pig Cuts in 2022 because she wanted a salon that felt different. Not corporate, not cookie-cutter — something with real personality. She found the spot on Genesee St in Greene and knew it was the one.

From day one, the goal was simple: create a space where creativity comes first. A place where clients can walk in with a vague idea and walk out with something they love. Alex built the vibe, the brand, and the team from scratch.

Now with a crew of three stylists, Copper Pig Cuts has become a go-to spot in Greene. Alex still takes clients every day — color transformations are her thing — but she's most proud of the team she's put together and the energy they bring to the chair.
